Tea time

Munnar is full of tea plantations and scenes like these are very common. The lady cutting the tea leaves realized that I was taking her picture only after our vehicle stopped. She then requested me to show her the picture and said, Super!

The Nilgiri Tahr or the wild mountain goat is resident to the Rajamalai Wildlife Sanctuary near Munnar. My DSLR had unfortunately run out of battery, but my friend's Nokia N95 8GB has an excellent camera and I managed to take a picture of this goat looking at his world 

Greens and more greens

I went to Munnar on holiday last April. The place is beautiful and this picture doesn't do justice to it. With acres of tea plantations, travelling at any time of the year is a treat
